Interview
Discussions of my past jobs, tour of their facilities. Had 1-1 with hiring manager, Had group interview with about 6-7 people. No software specific questions or tests. This process was very very easy.

How I have done designs in past. Overall system design. No specific questions on software like threading, design patterns, etc. Later I realized because they don;t have knowledge to ask these questions.
