I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at In-N-Out Burger (Denton, TX) in Aug 2023
Interview
After applying online and choosing a time for the first interview, you show up and its basically just a screening interview with basic questions. After that if you make it through the second round is with the manager of the store and he digs a little deeper into your experience and typical interview questions i've been asked 100 times. I was told on the spot that I was hired and onboarding paper was sent that day.

Question 1
First round is basically who you are, what your experience is, when your availability is ect. Second round is question more like "Tell me a time when you faced a challenge and how you overcame it" type of questions.
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.
