This was followed by a face to face interview with the hiring manager, who dove deep into my technical abilities, interpersonal skills, my experience and understanding of the role’s responsibilities. During the interview, I was encouraged to ask questions, which helped me gain valuable insight into the team’s culture, future goals, and the opportunity for growth within the company.
