This was followed by a face to face interview with the hiring manager, who dove deep into my technical abilities, interpersonal skills, my experience and understanding of the role’s responsibilities. During the interview, I was encouraged to ask questions, which helped me gain valuable insight into the team’s culture, future goals, and the opportunity for growth within the company. The interviewers were professional, clear, respectful, making me feel at ease and allowing me to highlight my expertise in a constructive way.
