2 phone interviews followed by 4 in-person interviews by:

Note to aspirants: The Partner insisted that candidates wear a business suit to the interview with him. He himself was shabbily dressed in regular shirt and trousers. In addition, he did not read my CV before I entered his office. He stared at his computer (without making eye contact with me) for 2 minutes, till his secretary walked in with a hard copy of my CV. He got up and abruptly ended the interview when he heard my current pay package (very apparent they couldn't afford me).
Be prepared to be interviewed by (and eventually managed by) socially awkward partners. This was the deal breaker for me.

There was only one question that required some level of though application:
"While negotiating SLAs, what would you do if the number of tickets was variable (i.e. prone to peaks) and the number of resources could not be increased?"
Interviewer was very nice, questions were well thought out and applicable. I felt comfortable speaking with him. I felt like he wasn’t trying to trip me up but was instead trying to get a good idea of my work experience.

3 rounds, combination of talking through my experience and behavioral. They are looking for "executive presence" and a combination of both technical and strategic. If you have IT sourcing experience, it gives major bonus points
