In the last 15 years, here are some areas a nd tips based on what I experienced; 1. Highly biased organisation; colour matters more than skills 2. Protect your ideas - partners steal them 3. Always document your efforts, issues, and achievements 4. Be prepared to face the music if you whistleblow 5. Zero inspiration, zero ideas, zero future.

Cons

"Unlimited PTO" policy is unclear with expectations Healthcare benefits are poor Work environment, culture, and workload is almost entirely dictated by clients. E.g. ISG has no desire to create safety and balance for employees if the client has none.
