Always document your efforts, issues, and achievements 4. Be prepared to face the music if you whistleblow 5. Zero inspiration, zero ideas, zero future.

Wide diversity of offerings/fields to engage in Remote work Intelligent teammates

Cons

"Unlimited PTO" policy is unclear with expectations Healthcare benefits are poor Work environment, culture, and workload is almost entirely dictated by clients. E.g. ISG has no desire to create safety and balance for employees if the client has none.
