Interview
I applied online through my college's job board and had an on-campus interview. I was interviewed by one recruiter, who really seemed to love his job. I thought the interview went well. The recruiter told me that they would tell someone if they weren't interested, that way no one's time was interested, so I got the impression that they were interested in me since he didn't say otherwise. I followed up and never got a response.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!
