Absolutely horrible interviewing process. These guys will ghost you and not communicate at all. Also the job descriptions they give you for roles and hard to understand very vague and not typed out correctly. Recruiter will ambush you with irrelevant questions and scold you for not answering vague, broad out of the box questions that have nothing to do with the roles and expectations you apply for. Alongside when you ask questions about the job. They dont want to answer the questions about the role you apply for. This process is a waste of you time and effort run for the hills. Go find a company that will value your work knowledge and skills.

Typical phone interview background questions, no awkward forced questions, ask about your previous history and ask what kind of job you’re looking for, they are great but once you get on there, you hardly ever hear from them
