I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
I was reached out to by a corporate recruiter on linked-in saying I'd be a perfect fit for their position. I did a 30 minute phone screen with her. She was really nice, friendly and professional. She then set me up with an in person interview. This is a wee it started to go down hill. They were so focused on if I partied or not, I was really turned off. A fun company culture is a great thing to have but to blatantly ask "What bars do you like?" on an interview was a huge turn off/ red flag. Seems like Greek life 2.0. After that I didn't hear back. Then, 3 months later I was contacted by a different recruiter asking if I wanted to do another interview. She had no idea that I had already interviewed red flag # 2. I have friends that work here and although they love their job say they are ridiculed based on how they look- their hair, makeup, shoes. that's illegal). All in all, it seems like a good company however, with some bad managers.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
