I was contacted directly by Lindsay and reviewed my past work experience and also what I would be looking for in the future. I found Insight Global by networking with AAPC Facebook. Many Coders like the AAPC page and converse freely about companies that hire Coders.

Interview
The process was easy and even when I interviewed with the other company, it was not uncomfortable or anything, it was after. I was supposed to hear back from one or both regarding the job. I didn't get the job (assuming) because I have tried to contact the person at insight for feedback, if I got the job or didn't and there is nothing .No return phone calls, emails etc.
The recruiter was very nice and efficient. The interview process moved fast possibly because the position I was applying to was urgently hiring. A lot of standard interview questions were asked.

My recruiter found my resume on Indeed. I was apprehensive on taking the position offered due to pay, but because it was a system I had no experience with I took a chance. The interview process was fairly easy.
