I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Morristown, NJ) in Jun 2016
Interview
A woman reached out to me via LinkedIn saying that I sound like a good fit for a position at Insight Global. I called her intending to schedule an interview, but she wanted to talk (or in this case interview) on the phone at that moment. I was caught off guard but did my best answering the questions. I then went to an in person interview in the Morristown, NJ office. The office was professional, and the hiring manager seemed somewhat professional. He repeated questions often which I was a little confused about, and also seemed completely uninterested. He told me more about the company and what they do. He then offered a 2nd in person interview to which I accepted. I then got an email that night from the woman that reached out to me via LinkedIn saying that they can not offer me a 2nd interview--which is completely opposite of what the hiring manager said. I responded politely but overall, this company seems to not have strong communication.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself, what do you do in your spare time, describe a time you went above and beyond.
I would say it has been Comfortable, professional, engaging. After phone screening it is 3 interviews total. Still going through the process but so far so good. I’ve enjoyed my experience thus far.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Calgary, AB) in Jul 2025
Interview
Conducted a screening call, followed by a virtual Teams interview, final rounds are with the local hiring team. However, I was given the impression that a follow up with the local hiring team would occur and the person I interviewed with would be on standby to reach out to for any further questions or support in the lead up to the local interview. After the first virtual interview however the talent specialist I was in touch with completely stopped responding to my emails and I did not hear anything from the local team. I was led to believe that I had made it to the next round of interviews and heard nothing beyond there which was super disappointing.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Jacksonville, FL) in May 2025
Interview
It was very informative and the person giving the interview was very kind. They were very interested in getting to know you and getting to know how your experience/ soft skills would be beneficial to the job. Learned a lot about what the job entailed as well.
