An initial interview with a manager to decide if they're going to take you as an applicant for a direct-hire position. Then they will usually set up a phone interview with the employer. Then an in person interview. They will have a representative with you every step of the way.
Very easy to answer questions from the interviewer. Was very qualified for the job so that made it easier, it was really just a conversation to tell me I got the job.

This is easily the worst company I have ever interviewed with. Recruiters will ghost you, not read your resume, or dump you in a heartbeat. Most of them can’t even bother to give you a follow up.

Quick, basic questions relating to the job, or what they thought was going to be on the job. They would ask how comfortable you are with the environment they thought you were going to be in. They were very respectful and listened when you asked a question or had any concerns and did their best to get back to you with anything you wanted to know that they could tell you.
