I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Insight Global in Oct 2011
Interview
I had a recruiter contact me for a recruiting position. She got me excited as it sounded like a great opportunity. After a quick phone interview, she told me she thought I'd be a great fit for the position so she wanted to set-up a face to face interview with one of their local branches.
They asked only a couple of serious questions like "Why do you want to work in sales?" but mainly wanted to get to know me. We had great conversation and felt like I really enjoyed the culture there. I spoke to 3 different interviewers. Couple days later I got a rejection letter.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Hartford, CT) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process was relatively easy and the people were nice. Sales managers seemed very serious and often standoffish. Their employees were extremely welcoming and seemed to like where they worked.

Interview
Very long and in depth. Initial call with recruiter who helps and prepares you along the way for the rest of the interviews. Most were longer, an hour+, then final was in person.
