I was contacted by Insight Global's recruiter from North Carolina in regards to a position in the Tampa Bay Area. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, after which she set up an in person interview at the office. If they like you after that interview they invite you back for a lunch interview.

Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
