I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Portland, OR) in Mar 2017
Interview
Second round interview was very weird. I was interviewed by three people in a small room. The interview basically consisted of each person walking in and asking me if I had any questions. With minimal information about the position (their website is fairly misleading), I had trouble coming up with more than the five or six questions I had ready. After this, they decided I wasn't right for the job, without even asking me about myself. The process seemed very shady.
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2026
Interview
Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
