The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Richmond, VA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Contacted by a corporate recruiter initially and had a really nice conversation, then set up an in person interview. Went in and interviewed with two account managers who both seemed to be eager to get out of there. The person I was told to ask for was not even in the office and neither of the people I spoke with knew anything about me and did not seem to care. I found it incredibly ironic that a STAFFING AGENCY didn't take their own hiring practices seriously, but I have read online that they bring in candidates just for the sake of being able to say that they did. My recruiter told me to call her afterwards to talk about it but she did not answer and has not called back despite me leaving her a voicemail. Was a waste of my time on the front end of preparing for it and going to the actual in person interview.

Interview
Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
