Interview
I really enjoyed the interview process with Insight Global. I interviewed in their Washington, D.C. office location. At my first interview, I first met with the Corporate Recruiter, who completely prepared me for potential questions they might ask me and gave great advice and even some suggestions of questions to ask them. I met with three Account Managers and a Sales Manager when I was there. They each told me their stories, how they got here and what they loved most about the company. I was brought on for their second interview, where we met at the office and then went to lunch nearby. That was my favorite part of the process, because you get to see them outside of their environment and get a feel for their personalities. I am so thankful for my opportunity at Insight Global.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
