I applied online through LinkedIn where I was contacted by a recruiter about scheduling a phone call with him. After a very nice phone call, I set up an interview with the company for the next week. The interview went well and I loved talking to everyone I met. I met with four different people in a lot of different departments in Business Operations. They mainly asked personality questions, none of the behavioral type questions. I also asked them a lot of questions about the company and the environment at work. I honestly thought it went well, but they decided to pass on me after one interview.

I was connected through LinkedIn by a recruiter. We set up a time to talk on the phone and immediately set up a time for a face to face interview. I interviewed with two people and they only asked one question "Tell me about yourself", after they explained the position and asked me if I had any questions. The interview felt very informal. The second person I interviewed with said that I did really good and that my recruiter would contact me in the next few days with the next step. I never heard anything back. I feel like the recruiter should have reached out and told me I would not be moving on in the interview process and that they were pursuing other candidates.
