I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vienna, VA) in Jun 2013
Interview
Applied online through campus recruiting, got called by a recruiter for an initial phone interview. He was very talkative and enegetic about the company. Asked me to come into the office for a second onsite interview. Called me a few days before the interview to talk "strategy." At this point I was feeling apprehensive about going in for a second interview after researching more about the company and findind out that it is mostly a sales position and on the phone all day long with very long hours. I then told him over the phone that I did not think this was the path I wanted to take. Recruiter did not really accept my answer and called me back numerous times, but I had already made up my mind.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All questions asked in my phone interviews were very personality based, and hardly any questions were asked about my skills or background or previous jobs. All they really wanted to know was if I was a member of greek life in college and if I liked to go out.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
