A recruiter from IG reached out to me to schedule a screening. We had a short discussion about what I was looking for, my interests, and skills. The recruiter passed along my information to the hiring manager of the company, and once they expressed interest, I scheduled an interview. I had about an hour long discussion with the hiring manager. We discussed personal and technical things, some projects I worked on and overall expectations for the role.

No off the wall questions. Overall it was pretty simple. I was able to explain a few things before I was asked them. That help the interview process run smoothly.
