Interview
Recruiter reached out and then set up a in person interview. Attended in-person interview with two pretty young individuals. They didn't ask any technical or job-related questions, all personality questions to kind of see who you are as a person. They said the recruiter I was working with would reach out to me sooner or later. I emailed both thank you letters as well as the recruiter and got NO response. At least you can let me know if I did not make it to the next round or not, clearly shows what kind of company they are. They only care about the money and clearly not the people they work with.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
