My initial interview was with Insight Global's recruiter. Once our interview was completed, she contacted the hiring company and set up an interview with a panel. During the panel interview, I was asked detailed questions regarding my work experience based on their job requirements. It was more like a conversation compared to a strict question/answer interview.
