I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Knoxville, TN) in Nov 2019
Interview
I had originally applied through handshake early September and was reached out to a recruiter in November who asked if I could have a quick interview then. It went well and I was invited to an on campus interview the next day. Interview went great and the recruiter was really amazed. From there I was told that next steps would be a personality assessment that would be sent at the end of the week (interview was a Tuesday) and from that they would tell me if I moved on to the final interview round. Well I never received the assessment at the end of the week, so I followed up the next Tuesday to ensure I didn't miss it. The recruiter responded a few days later apologizing, saying she marked the email as sent but never sent it. This left a very bad taste and lack of professionality. So then I got the email I should have originally gotten the previous week with the personality assessment. I didn't hear back for another 2 weeks that I had been selected to move on to the final round interview at the Atlanta headquarters. I decided that I no longer wanted to move on with the process because of the probability of being misled and reading reviews on salary and benefits.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
