The interview process was not too long. I met them at a career fair and got offered and interview. The next the interview took place and it was me and two of the recruiters. They asked mainly behavioral questions and a little about myself and my background. They wanted to see if I would be a good fit for the company.

Interview
The first interview is a brief phone screening just about yourself. They look for personality and drive. Second round is in person interview. Third round is either a breakfast or happy hour to see if you can drive the conversation when under pressure.
