Interview
The hiring and interview process was challenging, friendly and relaxing. Insight Global does a lot of the “grunt work” with finding the right talent for the position. Once you meet with the actual employer the atmosphere is relaxed and more of a formality because the main interview has been conducted.

Question 1
To me the most difficult questions to answer and the ones about you. Although I was not asked too many of these, I did still find myself shifting in my seat to find the right answer to my strengths and weaknesses.
The first step in the process was the recruiter call which lasted about 15 minutes, then had the hiring manager call, then negotiated back through the recruiter for next steps and feedback.
Started with a basic recruiter call to go over my background. The first round was meant to be a one on one for a general product manager role. Instead I got pulled into a panel interview and they interviewed me for a different position. I didn't feel prepared and it felt like the interview was conducted in bad faith.

Interview
contract role 2 rounds 30 min interview -3 person panel each round, second round was hiring manager and Product team. Hiring manager stated during the interview the interview was going well no offer.
