The interview was basic then the cognitive testing. The testing seemed excessive and had nothing to do with the position. I gave them several chances and the same results in two separate states. 90% of the time I would get the interview and it would fall apart. I have a masters and additional credentials. The whole process seemed like they were surprised from my resume until speaking with their client. I feel that once I'm seen then everything changes. #raceissues
