One phone interview with recruiter during which the phrase "slam dunk" was used several times. He arranged a video interview same afternoon with two other agency employees. Recruiter said next step would be an in person interview with another agency employee. Never received any feedback from the recruiter or any other communication. When I emailed him asking if I would be moving forward with their process I did not get a reply. Ghosting someone you interviewed is rude and unprofessional. At least send a form reply.
