I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Insight Global (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I went to a job fair at my college after speaking with the recruiter there. I had a short phone call and then a 1x1 interview. I didn't receive an offer after the 1x1 interview, so I'm not sure what the rest of the process is.

Interview
Very kind recruiter. Initial phone screening and then 30 minute call with the recruiter to prep for a second interview. I felt like they were trying to tell me exactly what to say for the interview, which made me uncomfortable and wondered why they did not just want my honest response. They also said that most of the interview should be "small talk" which I thought was poor advice. I wanted to be tested on whether or not they thought my merit was enough to deserve the role, not if I knew how to ask someone about their weekend. I dropped out.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Jersey City, NJ) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview was smooth and you can lock in an interview very quickly through a recruiter. I think it is very beneficial and it is great practice to lock-in an interview even if there is not an interest in the field, it is great experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Nov 2023
Interview
Laid back, not the most formal process. It’s a phone call then a Microsoft Team meeting. Recruiters give false promises and set deadlines in the process which were consistently not met. I was told they would “get back to me” same day after the second interview, only to be completely ignored. I tried to follow up but was ignored again.
