I was reached out to by a recruiter and she first coordinated a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was invited to the second round of interviews where I had a conversation with a manager. Before the second interview, the recruiter called me to help prepare me for the final interview.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
