I was contacted by a recruiter to interview for one of their clients. Had a 5 min conversation on the phone with them (call wasn't scheduled, they'll call out of the blue). Would receive texts at 10 pm from the recruiter, as well as unannounced calls at 8 am from the recruiting manager. It was so unbelievably disorganized and unprofessional. My first interview with their client was scheduled an hour before because the recruiter never got back to me about times. I was pressured into rearranging my schedule for the interview. They also told me I'd have to go into the office for an interview with their client, during a covid spike, and after I told them I wasn't comfortable they said it's "important to their company culture to be in person". Meanwhile, I asked this question in the first round interview, and they said I could work remotely. They said they will check with their client if this is a deal-breaker and get back to me, but want to reassure me that my happiness is their priority. Haven't heard anything since - completely ghosted. Complete waste of time and energy.
