Reached out to in LinkedIn by an Insight Global Recruiter and conducted a 30-45min phone interview. The interview was fairly easy discussing past experience, what I'm looking for in an entry level job post-grad, and getting more clarity on what the job entails.
I did not make it very far but good process. I had one phone call which was very conversational and then a zoom interview- which also was coversational. They try to hire out of college and it seems hard but we will see.
Long process with multiple parts (phone call, zoom conversation, shadow day) and you will communicate via recruiter for most things. Philadelphia office was very large, spacious and beautiful! A lot of new graduates.
I think they have a large range of applicants so reponse times are delayed. Often times when scheduling the next round it would be 2-3 weeks out. This caused it to take weeks longer then the process should have taken.
