I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2020
Interview
I was disappointed by the way Insight handled the ending of their interview process, which made a really pleasant interview process turn into an absolutely awful process. They have a 4 stage interview process, which I didn’t mind. It was spread out over the better part of a month and a half. And everyone I spoke to was lovely. I got no negative feedback, everyone said I was going to make a great fit, I pretty much was lead on given no reason to believe I wouldn’t have the job. And then I was ghosted. Eventually, after I had accepted they weren’t going to return my calls, they let me know that they went with another candidate. I truly wonder if I hadn’t of reached out so many times, if they were ever going to have the courtesy to let me know.
For a company that is campaigning to “be the light” and help people find jobs in the pandemic crisis, I was let down to see that they gave me so much hope and so much belief that I was a no-brain hire, knowing my situation post-covid, then turned out to be like every other stuffed up corporation who doesn’t care about keeping you informed. I wish they understood what that roller coaster of emotions does to a person during a pandemic.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
