I was assigned a recruiter who was very kind and sweet. She prepared me with great advice for the interview. I came from an accounting background and this interview was for a sales position, so I think I did not get hired due to how my personality came across during the interview. I can see how this is a great company for a recent graduate seeking sales experience and great networking opportunities. You can definitely tell this place wants to hire good looking people. Everyone involved in my interview also seemed like your typical greek life member from college. I got the impression that this place has a "type".

Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
