Interview
I had an initial interview with Insight Global back in 2007. I was contacted by a recruiter that had found my resume online. My first interview with Insight Global was a one on one interview with the manager of the Raleigh office. I then went back for a second interview and met with a couple of sales people in the office. The final interview was over lunch and it was a group interview.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
