This was a draining and long interview process, which didn't end up working out for me. It started with a one-hour call with the pro recruiter which turns into basically a month-long interview process. Their website claims that they are all about "genuine relationships" rather that focusing on "financial gains" but after speaking with their account managers, it was clear that was very false. The environment seems very toxic and cut throat since everyone is basically competing against each other their whole time there. I am honestly happy I didn't make it further, I think I would be miserable at this company.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
