Interview
I interviewed for the general Recruiter position at IG. This is the entry level position for the entire company since they only promote from within. Started with a phone screen and made it to final round interviews. They sell you HARD on the company in these interviews using their values and uncapped commission rates. Usually their recruiters will send you certain questions they are going to ask and will very much well prepare you with content. As long as you practice and are well prepared with the content they send you, you should be fine material-wise. However, since this position is entry to sales, the interviews are quite conversational and a tad bit casual. They really want to get to know you and whether you would fit well into their company culture.
My personal experience was....interesting. I was initially extremely excited about the company because of uncapped commission and the "inclusive" company culture. But some instances in the interview process were a bit strange. For example, they asked me very personal questions and pushed me to become extremely vulnerable in the interviews, which looking back made me uncomfortable and uneasy. To compare, it was like a complete stranger expecting the honesty I would give to a therapist. I ultimately believe that I ended up not getting the job because I was hesitant to get to that "deeper level" (or what they called it). Additionally, after I didn't get the job after going through 3 rounds of interviews, I was completely ignored by my recruiter in order to get my interview feedback to move forward after multiple attempts to contact her. As a hiring service firm that promotes their skill in building relationships, my recruiter was quite fast to dissolve our relationship that we had spent a few months building The lack of professionalism left a bad taste in my mouth about the company and the whole hiring process in general.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
