Interview process was weird and rather cold. It's clear that they look for a certain type of person (i.e. young, attractive, straight out of college), and I felt it was odd that everyone seemed to hang out all the time after work. Not a fit for what I was looking for in my stage of life.

Unprofessional! Recruiter didn't want to turn on her camera during the interview. I didn't take it serious and shut down the interview before it began. Always remember your time needs to be respected.

Interview
Normal interview process. Screening, then moved on to two additional interviews. However, poor communication and constantly rescheduling last minute by the recruiters or lack of communication . Then no follow once I had the final interview. I had to check-in and they chose another candidate.
