Interview
It was a great discussion but did not feel as if they were what I wanted. They really someone who is outgoing and engaging enough to sell. Overall was not enough money for a starting job in my opinion.
I did not make it very far but good process. I had one phone call which was very conversational and then a zoom interview- which also was coversational. They try to hire out of college and it seems hard but we will see.
Long process with multiple parts (phone call, zoom conversation, shadow day) and you will communicate via recruiter for most things. Philadelphia office was very large, spacious and beautiful! A lot of new graduates.
I think they have a large range of applicants so reponse times are delayed. Often times when scheduling the next round it would be 2-3 weeks out. This caused it to take weeks longer then the process should have taken.
