STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND READ THIS!!!
I was contacted by a Recruiter via LinkedIn in early June. We had a 30 minute phone call where they gave me the run down of the company and what I would be doing in the role. Took a personality test afterwards, then setup a Microsoft teams interview. The interview went seemingly really well. Then had an in person interview and the person that was supposed to interview me never even showed up. A girl that worked at the office had to interview me and she could not have acted anymore disinterested in me. Stared at me the whole time and did not ask me ONE SINGLE QUESTION the whole hour I was there. (Let me mention that I am a very outgoing person who has never had a problem talking to people). My recruiter contacted me afterwards and told me I would hear from him ASAP with potential next steps. Two weeks later and I still have not heard a word. Being ghosted is the most unprofessional thing I could imagine. Just take this as a warning, they will make you think you are an ideal top candidate, have you go through multiple interviews, then ghost you. Super disappointed.

I would say it has been Comfortable, professional, engaging. After phone screening it is 3 interviews total. Still going through the process but so far so good. I’ve enjoyed my experience thus far.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Calgary, AB) in Jul 2025
Interview
Conducted a screening call, followed by a virtual Teams interview, final rounds are with the local hiring team. However, I was given the impression that a follow up with the local hiring team would occur and the person I interviewed with would be on standby to reach out to for any further questions or support in the lead up to the local interview. After the first virtual interview however the talent specialist I was in touch with completely stopped responding to my emails and I did not hear anything from the local team. I was led to believe that I had made it to the next round of interviews and heard nothing beyond there which was super disappointing.

Interview
It was very informative and the person giving the interview was very kind. They were very interested in getting to know you and getting to know how your experience/ soft skills would be beneficial to the job. Learned a lot about what the job entailed as well.
