Interview
The interview process was seemingly easy as they reached out to almost all of my peers that were graduating college. Pretty much everyone I knew did not hear back after the first interview with no explanation. They should be more professional about this and target more specific candidates rather than interviewing so many people and not giving a professional response in return to the people who gave their time and effort to proceed in an interview process with them.

They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
