I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Denver, CO) in Aug 2021
Interview
Reached out by a recruiter and had a prilimiary interview with her to see if it could be a fit. From there, I was assigned two tests (one that was a personality test and the other critical thinking; both very easy) and after those results, was set up with my first "official" virtual interview. It lasted an hour and was a very easy, conversational interview. A few days later I was contacted by the recruiter with feedback and then was told I would have another virtual interview the following week with three interviewers. This interview was also an hour long and again, very conversational. I felt it was difficult for me to ask questions without getting long-winded responses, and apparently they felt the same about me because I did not receive an offer due to not being able to "real it in." In my opinion, this was a very strange reason not to offer me the position due to my over qualifications and the easy flow of the interview along with their inability to "real it in" when I asked questions. Oh well.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
