The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
I applied for a recruiter role that was posted by them.
Was reached out to within the next 24 hours to ask if I’d like to set up a call with one of their recruiters.
After the call, she quickly scheduled a video meeting for me with one of their Account Managers. This interview was going more in depth with my background/experience.
They then let me know what they’d like to move me forward to speak with their client that this role was with (that’s a whole other story).
Before and after the interview with their client, I had a quick video meeting with my ‘contacts’ at Insight Global to get me prepared for the interview, and then just asking me how the interview went.
Then, I was completely ghosted. Didn’t hear back from anyone after 3-4 interviews.
I read that ghosting is very common with them, so just be aware of that potentially happening.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
