Interview
Same process as the recruiter position but with a few more documents to go over. Half the internship goes over the recruiter roles and the second half goes over the account manager role.
Panel interivews with three leaders together. They do asked a lot of questions about your resumes, projects, skills etc. Also asked questions about your personalities and characteristic. Behaviour questions are also included.
The first screening was virtual and I didn’t continue after that. Questions were straight forward and there was good dialogue. I believe the rest of the process is virtual as well
