The interview process was quick and easy. Recruiter reached out to me after finding my resume online. She spoke with me about what the role entailed and then she asked a couple of behavioral questions before declaring that I would be a great fit for a role with one of their clients. She sent up an interview for the next day with the managers from the contracting company. I was sent an offer within 10 minutes of the interview.

Avoid and ignore any solicitations from this firm. I was contacted by 3 recruiters over the span of 6 months for the same job. After expressing interest, sharing a resume and availability they simply ghosted me. Very unprofessional. When I am in a position to hire, I will never work with this organization. Recruiting is about relationships and they have no clue.
