It was a 4 step process, first a screener to determine if I was a good fit to begin then two interviews followed by a presentation. The presentation was about who you are and why you would be a good fit.

What is an experience oh have had where you were challenged?
The interview process is too casual it almost seems fake. It didn’t feel like they cared about what I was saying at all nor was the interview productive or well conducted.
