Interview
Amazing process. Everyone I spoke to was really great and really wanted to get to know me personally as well as professionally, which is very refreshing. I felt like they genuinely wanted to get to know me. If you have done sorority recruitment, the interview process is almost exactly the same in terms of conversation. I had a call with a recruiter where she asked professional questions, then a zoom call with a sales manager (very very casual), then another zoom call with a sales manager and an account manager (again, very causal) , and then a final presentation that you make about why you want to work there and why you would be a good fit (basically selling yourself) to the sales manager and some members of their team. One piece of advice I would give to someone going through this process is to ask a lot of questions! They want to know that you are interested in the company!

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
