Interview with client
Ghosted by Insight Global - This isn't the first time either.
I had to follow up 3 days after 3 amazing interviews for them to tell me "they went with someone else. But the client LOVED you!" Kept digging but they wouldn't tell me why. Not the first time Insight Global has done this. I'm starting to notice a trend that these guys will ghost you whenever possible. Also no real explanation given. If the client LOVED me (and believe me the way the interviews went they ALL said I have what they want/need and they expressed how happy they were to talk to me...AND we would be talking again), why didn't they give me feedback? Why did they consider someone else?
Other reviews indicate the same thing-- this company will ghost you in a heart beat. I do not recommend this company at all.

Interview
A few calls and emails to get you to an actual interview on zoom. Seemed easy, just basic interview questions but mainly wanted to see how you communicated and carried a conversation. They wanted to see your personality.
