1 hour telephone interview going over the project management methodologies, project management style, and experience dealing with difficult team members. The project manager was on time initiating the call. Project manager conducted herself very professional through out the interview process. She made a decision within the next couple of hours after the interview

How do you handle team member who keeps missing the deadline?
The first step in the process was the recruiter call which lasted about 15 minutes, then had the hiring manager call, then negotiated back through the recruiter for next steps and feedback.
Started with a basic recruiter call to go over my background. The first round was meant to be a one on one for a general product manager role. Instead I got pulled into a panel interview and they interviewed me for a different position. I didn't feel prepared and it felt like the interview was conducted in bad faith.

contract role 2 rounds 30 min interview -3 person panel each round, second round was hiring manager and Product team. Hiring manager stated during the interview the interview was going well no offer.
