Easy to talk to, be outgoing. You will not need to worry about too much preparation just be yourself and connect to the position. Recruiters are very nice and detailed on the position and what it entails.
The process was quick, easy, straight to the point. It is a sales role at a recruiting company. The interview was short and mainly were just interested in career goals.
